This 4-week signature program is designed to give you the foundation of practices & principles based on Chinese medicine, qigong science & spiritual practice for creating more vitality in your life. 

Whether you are always stressed out and worried, or feeling like you lack the energy or motivation to do the things you love to do, this class is for you.
