Join us for this monthly group meditation followed by a discussion related to mindfulness, meditation, stress relief and spiritual practice. This is open to anyone new or experienced in meditation. Beginners are welcome, and encouraged to come! We will provide snacks, tea & the space to unwind at the end of the week.
